Using cutting edge technology, XP have transformed metal detecting by producing the first fully wireless metal detector. Instead of cables the Deus uses a digital radio link between the coil, remote control, and headphones. The lack of cables has given XP the freedom to design a detector that is truly eyecatching,yet, practical, durable and lightweight. It can be compactly folded away within seconds for ease of transport or storage. After a long day in a muddy field you can simply slide off the remote, put it somewhere safe and then hose the detector down using an outside hose. The wireless headphones give you freedom in the field. When digging you are no longer have the restraint of being attached to your detector. The coil communicates directly to the headphones in real time so their is no need to have the remote with you. All the main functions are adjustable on the headphones. The detecting screen on the remote gives the user various information to work with: readouts of ground balance, mineralisation, signal strength, target ID number, target ID and discrimination linear scale, plus you have the time and battery levels for the coil and remote.
